Evonne Dolphin CEC, ACC.

Evonne Dolphin is a certified executive coach and credentialized by the International Coach Federation. Through listening to Evonne talk passionately about her profession, a concept developed that centered around the core belief that coaching wasn't about teaching, but nuturing qualities inherent within the individual, or more conceptually: illuminating what lied beneath the surface.

Further to this concept, it was conceived that the role of coach was that of support for the individual. To convey this, a caryatid was used. A caraytid is a sculpted female figure serving as an architectural support taking the place of a column or a pillar supporting an entablature on her head.

It was an obvious choice to exploit the nature of Evonne's last name and attach it to a strong visual concept in order for it to be memorable as well as meaningful. To that end, dolphins, caraytids, water, and mosiacs were used as conveyances to enhance the visual message.
